Syria
In Syria, woman can’t go wherever they want, most of the time they are trapped indoors. Also woman are not allowed to to go to school. Some places in Syria women are not allowed to work or get an education outside. 90% of the people that died in the Syrian civil war were men. This lack of men made it harder for women to get food and jobs that would support their families. Women are forced to cover and wear Islamic dresses. Makeup, fitting dresses, and jeans are illegal.

Iran
Women in Iran rights are so restricted that they are not even allowed to watch male sports events. When women speak out about women's rights they are sent to jail. Also Iran wants their population to grow, so women are banned from getting medical procedures that stop pregnancy. Women are not allowed to divorce their husband without permission. Women are also not allowed to play sports like football and volleyball.

Yemen
Women are forced into arranged marriage. Girls as young as eight years old can be forced into marriage, and forty six percent of girls are married by the age of eighteen. They suffer from poor health care, and they don’t have equal rights in marriage, inheritance, custody, and they need their fathers permission to get a passport or travel at all. They do not get treated the same in hospitals and other medical situations. One in thirty nine women die in childbirth because the mothers are considered not as important as the children.
